==== Creating and Managing Customer Profiles ====
  * **Objective**: Creation and management of customer profile
  * **Features**:
    * Create customer profiles through email send or manual registration
    * View and edit profil
      * Name/nickName
      * Email
      * Phone number
      * Other contact data (Team ? Zoom ?)
      * Password
    * Add internal note
    * Track interaction history


==== Creating and Managing Company ====
  * **Objective**: Creation and management of company profil
  * **Features**:
    * Create company profile manually 
    * View and edit profil
      * Company email
      * Company phone number
      * "Personal" account linked
      * Number of credit
    * Add internal note
    * Interaction history

==== Data Analysis ====
  * **Objective**: Analyze customer interactions and sales data
  * **Features**:
    * Access  interaction history
      * Track and record each customer interactions on portal (looking for product X or Y)
      * Analyze customer preference (Statistic)
      * Identify customer engagement based on Trial to Final product
    * Review sales data reports
      * Generate reports on sales performance ( DataDog Trial to Full / Trial to Full)
    * Manage reminders for license expiration 
      * Add automated reminders for internal mail
      * Track follow-up communications with customer (Email reading and copy)
      * Stat about timely renewal and customer retention
