This list functionalities available to Dev/Sales team once they login to portal

• Objective: Creation and management of customer profile
• Features:
  • Create customer profiles through email send or manual registration
  • View and edit profil
    • Name/nickName
    • Email
    • Phone number
    • Other contact data (Team ? Zoom ?)
    • Password
  • Add internal note
  • Track interaction history

• Objective: Creation and management of company profil
• Features:
  • Create company profile manually
  • View and edit profil
    • Company email
    • Company phone number
    • “Personal” account linked
    • Number of credit
  • Add internal note
  • Interaction history

• Objective: Analyze customer interactions and sales data
• Features:
  • Access interaction history
    • Track and record each customer interactions on portal (looking for product X or Y)
    • Analyze customer preference (Statistic)
    • Identify customer engagement based on Trial to Final product
  • Review sales data reports
    • Generate reports on sales performance ( DataDog Trial to Full / Trial to Full)
  • Manage reminders for license expiration
    • Add automated reminders for internal mail
    • Track follow-up communications with customer (Email reading and copy)
    • Stat about timely renewal and customer retention

• Objective: Send or Pre-Bake email
• Features:
  • Create template for Mail (product/promotion/update)
  • Send global or selective emails from template or clean

• Objective: Handle customer feedback and maintain product documentation.
• Features:
  • Categorize feedback into statuses like New, Read, Denied, or Done.
  • Update and manage links to product documentation and wiki resources

• Objective: Keep an updated product catalog
• Features:
  • Update and manage product
  • Provide detailed descriptions and specifications for each product
  • Create license packages
