Purpose

This document is a work in progress about the the CRM customer portal This list functionalities available to customer once they login to portal

Customer Management

Managing Personal

  • Objective: Allow customers to manage their personal details
  • Features:
    • Update name/nickName
    • Update email
    • Update phone number
    • Update other contact data (Team ? Zoom ?)
    • Change password

Company Information

  • Objective: Allow customers to manage company linked to they profil
  • Features:
    • Update company email
    • Update company phone numbers
    • Update contact person
    • Add new “Personal” to company
    • Record usage details of products

Communication Preferences

  • Objective: Customize communication preference for society linked to profil
  • Features:
    • Choose to receive per Email ( support / advertisements / updates)
    • Choose to receive per Call ( support / advertisements / updates)
    • Select types of ads they accept (promotional / new product)

Product dashbord

  • Objective: Display available product and plan
  • Features:
    • Show product currently owned with expiration
    • Show a list of product in sales
    • Show license pack for upgrade actual product (More User ?)

Feedback and Suggestions

  • Objective: Provide feedback
  • Features:
    • Submit product improvement idea
    • Participate in surveys planned

Customer Support

  • Objective: Efficient management of support queries.
  • Features:
    • Request calls from the sales/dev team, including file attachments and scheduling.
    • Access product owned documentation/wiki link
