Lead Dashboard application, designed to assist sales teams in managing and tracking potential customer leads

Lead Status

  • Objective: Monitor and update the current status
  • Features:
    • Display the current engagement status of each “hot” lead (new/contacted/negotiating)
    • Selector status to change progress
    • Quick overview (Pre-Filtered - HotPoint)
    • Visualization progress through the sale
    • Alert about Update (New mail)
    • Write note for every taked poke

Poke History

  • Objective: Record and review historical interactions
  • Features:
    • Track all interactions
    • Provide a chronological history for each lead, with internal note

Sales Stage

  • Objective: Manage and track the progress
  • Features:
    • Define and monitor sales process (initial contact/proposal/negotiation/closed)
    • Update the stage
    • Setup a reminder for “hotpoint”
      • Reminder automatised when negotiation or proposal more than 15 day

Email Tracker

  • Objective: Manage and track email communications with leads
  • Features:
    • Copy and store all email
      • Filter them by email adress
      • If the email match with registred company add to them
      • Create alert on lead
    • History of all email interactions
    • Provide quick access to previous email (selector + find function)
