Contact Page

In the Pro.Monitor Cockpit, access the Customer Manager by clicking to it on the left menu.

Then click on Contacts on the corresponding tab in the top navigation bar.

Note: You must have CRM permissions and the CRM module enabled to access this section.

Viewing and Filtering

  1. Utilize the Filter option to display data based on specific criteria like name, type, or last edit date.
  2. Customize the filter column by clicking the Column dropdown and select where the filtre need be apply.
  3. You can also click on colnum header for sorting data

Adding a New Contact

  1. Navigate to the Contacts tab.
  2. Press the + button.
  3. Provide the contact's details:
    • Name: Full name of the contact.
    • Company(s) Affiliation: Select the associated company or companies.
    • Role: Define the contact's role within the company.
    • E-mail: Provide the contact's email address.
    • Phone: Enter the contact's phone number.
    • Allowed Login: Enable if the contact should have login access to the CRM.
    • Notes: Include any pertinent additional notes.
  4. Click Create to add the contact to the CRM.

Editing Contact

  1. Click the pencil icon next to the name to edit.
  2. The edit dialog will open with the current details.
  3. Update as necessary and click Save to confirm the changes.

Deleting Contact

  1. Select the desired contact using the adjacent checkbox.
  2. Click the trash bin icon to delete the selected entry from the CRM.

Note: You can also click on the 3 dot icon of eatch row, then choose Delete on the list

Notes and Tips

  1. Ensure that contact details are frequently updated to maintain accurate and relevant CRM data.
  2. The Last edit column is useful for monitoring recent modifications.
