Subaccount Status
This monitor checks the status of the subaccounts.
Purpose
- Subaccounts reflects the integrations between the SAP system and BTP services.
- This monitor helps detecting any connectivity issue occurring between those parties.
Configuration Hints
- Add a new entry in the table.
- Select SUBACCOUNTS_STATUS in the Available Metrics column.
- Set the Status to trigger an alert:
- Connected
- ConnectFailure
- Disconnected
Surveillance Table
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | Enable or disable the rule |
| Available Metrics | Select SUBACCOUNTS_STATUS to monitor subaccount status |
| Filter | A filter to match subaccount's Name |
| Thresholds | Set the expected status: Connected, ConnectFailure, or Disconnected |
| Severity | Defines the severity level of the generated alarm |
| Alarm | Enable or disable alarm notifications |

Effect: Generates a MAJOR alarm if the status is equal to ConnectFailure.
