====== Java components status ====== This monitor will check the status of components discovered on instances using SAP start service framework. It can be used to remotely monitor components on a Web dispatcher, ICM or application servers ===== Configuration hints ===== * Create a new line in the table and set the appropriate severity to use when a component become unavailable. ===== Surveillance table ===== ^Parameter^Description^ ^Active|To enable or disable a rule| ^Mandatory|If checked, any component matching this rule and reported with an error status will generate an alarm.| ^Expected components|The component name to check. You can use regular expressions to match several components with one rule.| ^Severity|The severity of the alert generated if a component is in an error state.| ^Auto clear|If checked, the alarm will be cleared as soon as the alarm condition is not met anymore| ^Prefix|This field allows to add custom text within the alarm message. %MSG% variable will contain the actual generated message and can be used such as: "my_prefix %MSG% my_suffix".
