• To install Pro.Monitor Cockpit is a very simple operation that should not take more than 30 minutes
• Each new release of Pro.Monitor Cockpit is 100% backward compatible with any previous version
• Before installing or upgrading Pro.Monitor, it is advised to read the Release note first.

Before installing Pro.Monitor Cockpit, check the Prerequisites

Pro.Monitor Cockpit requires installing following components:

• The JAVA SDK
  
• The Pro.Monitor cockpit application
  
• A MySQL database
  
• A time series database
  

If the prerequisites are fulfilled, installation time takes around 1 hour

• Navigate to Pro.Monitor cockpit homepage (On https://localhost:8443 by default)
• At the first connection, you should be prompted to register the superadmin user
• Register the user and validate.
• If you are redirected to the superadmin page, your installation is successful.
