Tags

In its 6.7 version, Redpeaks introduces a new concept allowing Administrator to classify SAP Systems : System Tags. A Tag is simply a “label” that can be assigned - currently - to Systems only.

  • To access Tags management : Click on Configure (top left of the main screen, small gear icon), click on “Tags” menu item

Creating a Tag :

  • Click on “Add”
  • Enter a unique Tag name (be aware that Redpeaks will check that the name is unique when saving the Tag).
  • Enter a Tag description (optional field)
  • Click on Save
  • System can be now tagged at any moment with one or more Tags (see System Edition/Update).

Modifying a Tag :

  • To access Tags management : Click on Configure (top left of the main screen, small gear icon), click on “Tags” menu item
  • Click on the Edit icon (small pencil) corresponding to the table row of the Tag you want to modify
  • Update Tag fields
  • Click on Save

Deleting a Tag :

  • To access Tags management : Click on Confire (top left of the main screen, small gear icon), click on “Tags” menu item
  • Click on the Delete icon (small trash bin) corresponding to the table row of the Tag you want to delete
  • In the Confirmation window, click “OK” to confirm
