1. Configure

Top left corner of ProMonitor main page you will find the button Configure:

  • This feature has been designed as an Administrator shortcut toolkit.
  • Administrators can directly create and manage main ProMonitor entities such as companies, systems, tags, SAP users, monitoring profiles, SLD profiles and reports.


Pro.Monitor Components Manager

  • In the Configure menu (see image above), click on the management icon of any Pro.Monitor Component (Companies, Systems …) to open a window on manage mode
  • All elements will be displayed. The user the possibility to create, edit, update, delete, etc. any element present on the list
    (see systems managing window in the example here below).

  • To create an element, click on an Add of a given ProMonitor component
    (see a System creation window in the example here below).


SLD Profiles


Reports

  • Click on Reports to display a screen having reports generated by ProMonitor.
  • Notice that the user will be able to see the reports ONLY if “View” right has been granted to him (Permission Profile –> Reports –> View)
  • You can filter the reports by Company and/or System
  • Top left checkbox allows to check/uncheck all reports at once.
  • Click on a View icon to open the report on a new browser tab.
    • Report View right is requested to access this functionality (Permission Profile –> Reports –> View)
  • Click on a Download icon to download the report under a html page form.
    • Report View right is requested to access this functionality (Permission Profile –> Reports –> View)
  • Click on a Send e-mail icon to manually send the report via mail
    • Report E-mail sending right is requested to access this functionality (Permission Profile –> Reports –> Email sending)
    • If a sending email request has already been sent, the icon will be displayed in green
    • A confirmation modal window will be displayed when performing single or bulk report email sending
    • A notification message will inform the user that the operation has been successfully executed
    • For detailed information about the report email sending, please see below section “About report email sending”
  • To delete a report, check any checkbox (left of every row) to select a report and then click on “Delete selected files”.
    • Report deletion right is requested to access this functionality (Permission Profile –> Reports –> Delete)
    • A confirmation modal window will be displayed when performing single or bulk report deletion
    • A notification message will inform the user that the operation has been successfully executed

About report email sending

  • If you hover the email icon of any report with the mouse an information window will be displayed containing the following information :
    • Last sending request : indicated the last timestamp that an email request has been made to the emailing server configured in Pro.Monitor
    • The number of times that a request has been made
    • all TO receivers email adresses that have been set in the corresponding Pro.Monitor Monitor configuration
    • all CC receivers email adresses that have been set in the corresponding Pro.Monitor Monitor configuration
    • If a sending email request has already been sent, the icon will be displayed in green
